WORKSHOP: Chasing Smoke and Mist Mondays 6:00-7:30pm, June 8 and June 15
Learn to move with the grace and fluidity of smoke and mist with technique and posture necessary to create that beautiful, fluid grace we all love to see. Slow upper and lower body movement followed by a full section of arm drills. $15 drop in rate or $25 for both classes.
WORKSHOP: Devouring Your Audience Wednesdays 7:30-9:00pm, June 10 and June 17
Learn how to eat your audience alive with your eyes and your attitude! Learn to utilize the stage to your greatest potential and keep your audience captivated! Dance moves will be used while learning to control facial expression and nerves! $15 drop in rate or $25 for both classes.
Ongoing Class: Tribal Drills and Combos Sundays 1:30-3:00pm starting June 14
Strengthen your dance core and build better muscle control and stamina. In each class we will have a vigorous drills workout and learn various combinations of movement utilizing an improvisational cueing system. Posture and proper back health will be emphasized. Dancers of all levels are welcome. $10 drop-in or Redwood Raks card.

Tribal Combos and Drills: Come review or learn new combos using the “Marjhani Method” of tribal style! This class will include a great work out and lots of tribal knowledge! If you have been a student before or just want to get a few new moves under your belt you will love this class! Please bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable shoes.
8:00pm-9:15pm
Gothic Fusion Combos: Learn the combos that are all the rage! Great work out and tons of fun. Whether you go “bump in the night” or just have a curiosity, this class is great for adding a little “flair” to your dance! Handouts on the history of the Gothic Scene will be distributed and combos with a small choreography will be taught!

April 11th will be Oojahm Day at Faire. Anyone who has ever been in Oojahm, wanted to be in Oojahm or just enjoyed our show is encouraged to come out and spend the day with the tribe. It will be the only appearance by me, Sultana Marjhani, this season.
You are encouraged to mention at the ticket window that you are there to see Oojahm and if you are already a participant we encourage you to sport your Middle Easterns however you can!

CLASS DESCRIPTION:
In this class we will discuss the different styles of music and looks that go with each sub-genre within the Gothic lifestyle. We will cover the basic movements of the dance with a dark flair added to create the “gothic” in your performance. Stage presence and make-up will also be discussed.
